Composite Cards INDEPENDENT MODELING Changing the business of modeling Aurora PhotoArts, which is directly affiliated with Independent Modeling, offers composite card design and printing services, the printing being subcontracted through a third party. They have specialized in modeling composite cards since 2001 (and C. A. Passinault, who is the owner and lead photographer and designer, wrote all of the content on Independent Modeling). Although Aurora PhotoArts is located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, composite card design services are available, through the Internet, worldwide. Of course, you are not obligated to buy any services from them to use Independent Modeling or to be considered for any modeling job. Composite cards are two-sided
cards, usually about 5 X 7 inches in size, which serve as a highlight
card of the overall portfolio of the model. The average modeling composite
card has a headshot on the front with the model’s name and a place
to place the agency sticker, if applicable; independent freelance models
place their web site domain name and their contact information in the
agency sticker area, which agencies can place their sticker over, if allowed
The back of the average composite card has four more pictures from the
portfolio of the model, at least one of which is a long shot of the model,
along with the stats of the model, which include measurements and height. 01/12/13 - 01/12/13 © Copyright 2013 Independent Modeling, Aurora PhotoArts. All rights reserved.
