Independent Modeling is a resource site for independent and agency-represented models who wish to enhance the marketability of their modeling careers, as well as have an advantage over limited models; those limited models being agency-only models who do not think for themselves, do not invest in their career, and allow modeling agencies to manage them, and to tell them what to do. Other limited models include models who try to put together competent professional modeling portfolios for free, using TFP, and who try to compete against professional models with cheap career tools. The independent models who use Independent Modeling are smart, professional models who know enough that to have an advantage over other models, that they have to invest in their careers. Independent Modeling is NOT a modeling and talent agency, and we do not claim to be. We do not directly refer models into modeling jobs for financial compensation, and do not represent models. Independent Modeling is not intended to be used for any advice, which includes legal advice, and any advice which can only be legally given by a licensed professional in a regulated profession. Independent Modeling is NOT a modeling and talent agency, and we do not make any claims of being one. We are a modeling resource site, and one of the best in the world (as well as one of the oldest. We've been online, helping to change the modeling industry, since late 2001). Because we are NOT a modeling agency (and we're trying to make everyone understand that), and we are not affiliated with any modeling agency (why else would we have information on here about models being independent in their careers?), we do not represent any models, we do not manage any models, and we do not receive any payment for models booked into modeling jobs offered on our modeling job board. Although Independent Modeling is primarily a modeling resource site, we do help promote professional independent models, which is why we have a featured model section. This featured model section ties into the modeling job board, so businesses and art directors who are offering modeling jobs can look at the models featured on our site before posting their modeling job offer. TO BE CONSIDERED as a FEATURED MODEL on Independent Modeling, prospective models MUST have a professional modeling portfolio, current composite cards, and a web site (preferably with a .Com name). Before any model can be considered, they must also link back to Independent Modeling from their modeling site (the one with the domain name, and we will verify the link before proceeding with the consideration). If you are an aspiring model, or a model who does not have the above career tools, please note that we offer such modeling career services in the Tampa Bay area, but that models are NOT OBLIGATED to buy anything from this site, or to buy in any services offered by us or our affiliates, to view, or use, the resources on Independent Modeling, or to be a featured model.

Independent Modeling IS directly affiliated with Tampa Bay Modeling, Florida Models, Advanced Model, Aurora PhotoArts Tampa Bay Photography and Design, and all Passinault Industry LLC and Passinault Entertainment Group companies (Passinault.Com). We are the core resource and support site for a group of top modeling resource sites, which include Tampa Bay Modeling, Florida Modeling Career, and Advanced Model; these sites all use Independent Modeling as a resource hub.
