All content, which includes modeling job leads, is traceable, and we verify web traffic and the source of our information. Independent Modeling is a resource site for independent and agency-represented models who wish to enhance the marketability of their modeling careers, as well as have an advantage over limited models; those limited models being agency-only models who do not think for themselves, do not invest in their career, and allow modeling agencies to manage them, and to tell them what to do. Other limited models include models who try to put together competent professional modeling portfolios for free, using TFP, and who try to compete against professional models with cheap career tools. The independent models who use Independent Modeling are smart, professional models who know enough that to have an advantage over other models, that they have to invest in their careers. Independent Modeling is NOT a modeling and talent agency, and we do not claim to be. We do not directly refer models into modeling jobs for financial compensation, and do not represent models. Independent Modeling is not intended to be used for any advice, which includes legal advice, and any advice which can only be legally given by a licensed professional in a regulated profession. For information, and reference, only! Use at your own risk.

If you know of anyone cyberstalking our web site and participating in any harassment campaign against us, or against our affiliate sites, please let us know so we can forward the information to our attorneys and law enforcement! CYBERSTALKING IS A CRIME!
We have questioned others about what they do, maintain site content which is a threat to outdated modeling industry business practices, and have assisted others in making unethical and unprofessional people accountable for what they do. Some of these people hold petty grudges and have nothing else do do but cyberstalk this site and spend their time harassing us. There is evidence of others plagiarizing our content and then slandering our web sites in order to conceal the source of the information that was stolen from us. We have proof of this activity and are in the process of taking legal action against these people.

The Independent Modeling web site is here to help models. There are unethical people and agencies in the industry who dream of stopping us, but they have discovered that we are not doing anything wrong, and they cannot stop the revolution. In frustration, these people slander us and try their best to discredit us and what we are doing. Regardless of what they do and say, we will not stop.

While we respect the rights of others having opinions about us, even if we do not agree with their opinions, this does not give them the right to violate our rights and to cyberstalk and harass us. Cyberstalking is a crime, and we will treat it as such! If anyone has an opinion about this site, then it is their right. You must consider the source and the motivation behind any opinion. If anyone makes an allegation against this site without proof or any basis in fact, then it is slander, and slander will not be tolerated.

If anyone contacts you in order to make any allegation about Independent Modeling or our affiliates, we have the right to know who is making the allegation and what was said so we can defend ourselves. We are helping the integrity of the industry and do not deserve the harassment that we continue to receive.

We will continue to do the right thing and to help the modeling industry regardless of what anyone says or does. We will not be stopped.

There is no arguing against common-sense and proven business practices. If anyone disputes the information on Independent Modeling, they either don't know much about business or have a vested interest in controlling and limiting the careers of models. Should you trust those people? Will they really do your career any good?
